Shipping Policy
Vietnam Delivery – We ship your order via Viettel Post Delivery on the next business day after purchase. The cost is 35,000 VND per item, but all orders over 1,000,000 VND qualify for free shipping. You’ll receive a notification when your order is dispatched and if there are any delays. During the holiday season, delivery might take an extra 2 business days, but we strive to meet our goal of next-day shipping.
International orders - We use standard post, with shipping starting at 200,000 VND. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your BeeO products, but if you're not, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order
Just reach out to us, and return the items in their original, undamaged packaging, in a resalable condition. Products returned in a non-resalable state will be sent back to you, unless they are faulty.
