BeeO was born out of a deep desire to live more consciously — to tread lightly on the planet while still embracing the joy of everyday life. Like many, we were overwhelmed by the growing crisis of plastic pollution. We saw how something as small as food wrap could create long-lasting damage to our environment. And we thought: there must be a better way.

In 2023, we started small — in a kitchen filled with curiosity, nature, and a commitment to do things differently. We studied traditional methods of food preservation and discovered the power of beeswax wraps: an age-old technique made modern again. With a blend of 100% natural cotton, pine tree resin, jojoba oil, and ethically sourced beeswax, we crafted our first wraps by hand.

From the very beginning, BeeO wasn’t just about selling products, it was about creating a movement. A movement that helps people make small, sustainable swaps that reduce plastic waste and reconnect us with the rhythms of nature.

​The name BeeO itself reflects this mission. It combines two simple yet powerful ideas: “Bee,” representing beeswax, the heart of our natural food wraps and “O” for Organic, symbolizing our connection to nature and our commitment to clean, eco-friendly living. Together, BeeO stands for products that are deeply rooted in nature and thoughtfully designed to reduce waste.
